From the label“Tasting Notes: Impact Crater is a wheat beer that leaves a lasting impression! Rich flavors from a variety of light and dark wheat malts collide with the fruity esters of Hefeweizen yeast to make for a beer with surprising complexity and depth. Prost! What's in a Name? Impact Crater When a celestial object enters the atmosphere and strikes the planet, an indentation relative to the size and speed of that object is left in the Earth's crust called an Impact Crater. An impact big enough can create enough havoc to cause an Extinction Level Event, which is what we call the barrel aged version of Impact Crater!”
