From the label“The pH Experiment is a litmus test for new beverages. Each beverage is produced only once and tested for feedback. THIS IS A SAKE-STYLE GOLDEN ALE. It's brewed using sake yeast instead of beer yeast with koji added to emulate traditional sake fermentation. HYPOTHESIS: Will sake yeast provide appropriate dryness to a traditional golden ale?
