From the label“While Belgian Winter Ales need little introduction, their availability remains spotty at best. To this backdrop, we present our "Biere de Noel": a more rustic take on the traditional holiday farmhouse beers of the past. Brewed to be warming while still digestible, it is dry with bright fig and cherry overtones. It is supported by underlying dark toasted bread and chocolate notes with a subtle spiced finish. No spices were harmed in the brewing of this beer – our blend of yeast provided ample interest! Sante!”
