This Brut India Pale Ale is hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7 and Hallertau Blanc. An enzyme is added during fermentation to further process starches and create a dry, brut-like effect. This is some bubbly for the beer lover, perfect for toasting your special occasions.
