As a brewery we have decided to lay claim to the traditional style of brewing. Within our beers you won't find unnatural fining ingredients, artificial filtration, nor preservatives. Just good ole, all natural ingredients. But it's our three values that set us apart: charity, community, and local. Charity: We believe in good work. And we believe paying it forward. We wanted to make it a simple equation - Drink good beer. Do good work. It is that simple. Every time you enjoy one of our beers A percentage from the profits will be donated to a local nonprofit. Community: Our beer is a beer by the people and for the people. What we craft is determined by the voices and interests that make up the landscape of Knox County rather than national trends. We are not brewing for people we don't know, we are brewing for those in our community! Local: It is our goal to source as much of our brewing ingredients and brewing tools from local farmers, companies, and manufacturing companies.”
