This pilsner is a showcase for Czech Saaz hops, brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and "heaven's water"—a Chicago-recreated version of the soft water of Plzen. It features the spiciness of the hop, as well as a very smooth and hospitable bitterness, and a lovely caramelization from the triple-decoction process.
