In the register

This is the 62nd of 84 label filings we hold from Decadent Ales. It is one of 8 double / imperial ipa labels approved in October 2017. It cleared 13 days after it was filed. The label names one hop, Mosaic, and carries dry-hopped on the front. It was brewed under contract — OVERSHORES BREWING CO holds the permit, which is ordinary in the register and easy to miss on a shelf.

From the label

Our DIPA dry hopped with a variety of hops featuring mosaic. We then dry hopped with a proprietary blend of Madagascar vanilla bean, and a variety of candied turbinado and coconut sugars to create the mellow sweetness of campfire toasted marshmallow.
