Borealis Broo is a blend of cold-brewed Borealis Coffee from Keweenaw Coffee Works of Calumet MI, and an Amber style ale. The delightful flavor from the medium roast coffee combined with the mild sweetness of caramel malts shines through this lightly hopped beer.
