What it is
Christmas Jam IPA is a new beer from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Chico, CA. The label lists it as an IPA at 6.2% ABV, and the label was approved Sep 28, 2026.
It's a collaboration. The label ties it to one event, the Christmas Jam concert.
What the label tells us
The hop bill is Comet, El Dorado and Idaho 7. The package is a can.
The label's own pitch is that it's made "EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHRISTMAS JAM CONCERT," which makes me wonder how far past the concert it travels. I don't know, and the label doesn't say.
On flavor, the label says it is "heavily hopped for bright citrus and stone fruit notes." That is the brewery's description, not ours.
There's no art description to go on, so I'll leave the artwork alone.
When you might see it
There's no timing to go on yet. Nobody has spotted it, and no release date has been announced.
